I needed a tube insert to relieve blockage. I wear hearing aids and it is my "best" ear. Dr James has a process to follow through on before tube insert. Dr James is very professional, very medically knowledgeable, and his work is performed with great concern for the patient. I am very appreciative that I have the opportunity to work with Dr James and his team.
